5th Annual Pediatric Brain Injury Conference and Resource Fair Sponsorship Information
We can’t thank you enough for considering joining us as a sponsor for the 5th annual Team Luke Hope for Minds Making Connections Conference and Resource Fair on October 23, 2021! Below you will find information on each sponsorship level, as well as a form to register as a sponsor. The conference will be held at Woodlawn Baptist Church and we will be offering in-person and virtual attendance. There are several events going on that weekend, so hotel rates are very high in South Austin and the downtown area. We have found an affordable hotel in Round Rock. Click here if you would like to book a room at the Staybridge Suites in Round Rock at a rate of $139/1 Queen Bed or $169/ 1 King Bed. You will need to set up your exhibit table either on Friday between 3:00-5:30 pm or at 7:00 am on Saturday. Registration begins at 8:00 am. If you are unable to join us for the conference, we would love for you to consider partnering with us as a Friend Sponsor to help make the conference possible and accessible to as many families as possible.
