12th Annual Team Luke Hope for Minds Golf Tournament

Our 12^th Annual Team Luke Hope for Minds Golf Tournament will be on Monday, April 24, 2023 at Onion Creek Golf Club. Check in begins at 10:00 am and the shotgun start will be at 12:00 pm. Registration is $225/golfer. You can register individually or as a team. If you register individually but have a team, please put the name of the team on your registration and share the team name with the others on your team. If you register as a team, we will reach out to you closer to the tournament to get the contact information for the golfers.
