We're Here To Help

Find out if your family meets the criteria

Thank you for your interest in Team Luke Hope For Minds. Unfortunately, we are not accepting applications at this time due to a substantial increase in families needing our assistance. Please make sure your child qualifies before you get on the waiting list. Your child must be 18 or younger and have an acquired brain injury. An acquired brain injury is brain damage caused by events after birth, rather than as part of a genetic or congenital disorder.
