Say hello to Jaxon. Jaxon was diagnosed with a type of brain tumor that is cancerous in April. His family learned about #teamlukehopeforminds and received help with Jaxon’s travel.

“Team Luke stepped up and found us a wheelchair accessible van and gave us money for a down payment,” Jaxon’s mom, Dawna said. “Without their help, we never would have been able to get our sweet boy to the treatments he needed. We are so grateful for their generosity, kindness, and encouragement.”
