Meet Sean! Sean was born with a rare defect in his brain and at the age of two, he had an onset of seizures. Unfortunately, the uncontrolled seizures were injuring his brain and he was then clinically diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Sean’s conditions have impacted him in many ways in his 14 years.

“Sean is determined and faces each obstacle with a smile” Sean’s mother, Ruth, said. “Sean attends therapies, doctor appointments, school, and community events. Recently, our family van used to transport Sean in his wheelchair stopped working and was falling apart. Without a van, this would have made things very challenging, and we would not be able to transport Sean safely in his wheelchair. With assistance from the Team Luke Hope for Minds, I was able to come up with a down payment, so we could finance a new van for Sean. We are grateful and know that everyone is placed in our lives at just the right time. Thank you for being a part of Sean’s journey.”
