Meet Sophia. She suffered a right brain stroke, TBI and broken bones from a car accident in May 2019.
She recently acquired a power chair, but has difficulty maneuvering through her front door. Her family reached out to Team Luke Hope for Minds to make their entry wheel chair accessible.
“Thank you so much TLHFM for giving Sophia so much happiness and freedom,” her mother said. “You don’t think it’s much, but it’s a huge accomplishment for Sophia to have this independence.”
